To make an appointment you will need a Debit/Check card or any major credit card. There is a small $25.00 fee to make, reschedule or cancel an appointment.
This fee is not refundable and it can only be accredited to your final invoice.
It is important to understand that by making an appointment you have a clear intention to receive services from our business and that you are engaging in a contractual obligation with us. In addition, you clearly understand that services do take time and effort, resources are used and arrangements need to be made in order to help other customers fulfill their schedule as well.

No shows, re-scheduling or canceled appointments
Appointments will be considered abandon, cede, give up, hand over, lay down, leave, resign, surrender, turn up, waive, yield, lay aside quit, throw up abdicate, renounce, desert, forsake, abnegate, forbear, forgo, sacrifice, cast, discard and shed.
Any of the above will result in the loss of any appointment fee to be credited to your final invoice.
There will be no exceptions.
Walk-In
We are extremely sorry but we will no longer have Walk-In appointments.
We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may bring to you. It is our only interest that everyone’s schedule is honored and respected.

Important
After making an appointment if you need to re-schedule, please call the office no less than 24hrs and send us an email requesting a re-schedule. We will gladly make every effort to accommodate your needs.
If you re-schedule by yourself you will be charge another $25.00 appointment fee and this charge will not be credited to your invoice, so please call us and email us no less than 24hrs to make any changes to your appointment.
